1) Program Description & Message Types
By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you agree to receive text messages from TSF Cloud & Networks related to customer care and account operations. These may include:
- Appointment & Scheduling: reminders, confirmations, arrival windows, rescheduling links.
- Account Notifications: ticket updates, service status, outage/maintenance notices, renewal reminders.
- Finance & Billing: invoice reminders, payment confirmations, billing adjustments, receipt notifications.
- Order/Project Alerts: order acknowledgments, provisioning updates, project milestones.
- Verification/Support: identity verification codes (if enabled), follow‑up questions, satisfaction checks.
